Our Process

Services are completely free for jobseekers and it’s easy to register- use our online form, email, or give us a call. You’ll be assigned your own personal consultant to guide you through the process, keeping you informed and providing updates and guidance.

Permanent Recruitment

Upon receipt of your CV one of our qualified consultants will contact you to arrange a convenient time to carry out a comprehensive telephone interview.

Once this interview has taken place, with your permission we will contact our clients to express your interest in an active vacancy or we will send your CV to selective clients who would value your skill set.

Following successful shortlisting for a vacancy your consultant will be in touch and guide you through the interview process, negotiating on your behalf and liaising between you and our client until a final decision has been made.

Upon receipt of your CV one of our Contracts Coordinators will make contact to arrange a convenient time to carry out a comprehensive telephone interview and give you choice of the vacancies we have available.

The next stage of the process would be a face-to-face interview with our team at a place to suit you. Once this has been completed, a final decision to join our team of Animal Technologists will be made and we’ll start work on your first placement.

Throughout the whole process you will be supported by our Contracts Coordinator who will provide all the placement, travel, and accommodation information you need.

Pre-Employment Screening
