We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team temporary-to-permanent basis and provide essential support across the sales function. This is a varied and fast-paced role, responsible for ensuring customer orders, enquiries and sales opportunities are managed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality CRM and sales data. Working closely with sales, operations, logistics and finance, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the smooth progression of orders and helping the wider team achieve its commercial objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
- Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and other sales documentation.
- Manage the HubSpot CRM, including deal creation, uploads, allocation, maintenance, and ensuring customer records remain accurate and up to date.
- Allocate inbound enquiries and sales opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives in accordance with company processes.
- Maintain customer records, pricing information, contacts, and sales data across company systems.
- Monitor sales pipelines and support the sales team by ensuring CRM data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Liaise with operations, logistics, finance, and the sales team to ensure the smooth progression of customer orders and projects.
- Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve customer or operational issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Produce routine sales reports and CRM data to support management reporting and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO9001 procedures, and service standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales administration processes, CRM data quality, and customer experience.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Business Operations Manager or Executive Directors.

We’re seeking an experienced in vivo scientist to join a leading preclinical research team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative drug discovery programmes while working in a collaborative, fast-paced scientific environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support a range of in vivo procedures as part of preclinical research studies.
- Prepare for studies, including material preparation, facility set-up and microorganism cultivation where required.
- Process and analyse study samples, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation.
- Contribute to the analysis of study data and preparation of scientific reports.
- Maintain laboratory organisation, including compound receipt, inventory management and general operational support.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, regulatory requirements and health & safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver studies within agreed timelines while maintaining high scientific standards.
Essential Requirements:
- BSc (or equivalent) in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent relevant laboratory experience.
- Practical experience working with laboratory animals in an in vivo research environment.
- Current UK Home Office Personal Licence (PIL A, B & C) is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data recording.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with scientific software (e.g. GraphPad Prism).
- A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to provide occasional out-of-hours support to meet study requirements.
