Whether you prefer a dedicated space reserved only for your work and personnel or a per cage Pay As You Go, fully staffed service, Agenda will support your out-sourced in-vivo projects. Supported by our establishment licences, NVS services, staffing solutions and supply chains, your day-to-day operations are fully covered whilst you can retain your project licence and strategic control.
Yes. Whether you need support in scaling up an existing facility, starting a new facility or outsourcing elements of your in-vivo operations, we have options for you. You benefit from our proven experience in managing and growing existing operations, decommissioning and recommissioning research facilities and providing capacity at alternative locations. We understand that growing in-vivo operations is time consuming and resource heavy, often requiring significant financial investment. Our range of solutions alleviates these challenges which means you can continue your current research projects whilst we manage your expansion.

Yes. You will benefit from Agenda’s extensive experience and networks, giving you immediate access to the resources you need to meet your timeframe. Agenda’s service portfolio includes the management of full ‘design and build’ projects, decommissioning, recommissioning and deep clean of animal research facilities. If your project has already fallen behind schedule, you can utilise Agenda’s bridging solutions, the temporary use of one of our own facilities to ensure the continuation of your valuable research.
Yes. Our substantial buying power alongside our facility management experience and meticulously efficient approach has substantially reduced operating costs for many of our clients. You will also benefit from savings on recruitment and hiring, security screening, training and administrative costs such as HR, processing salaries, occupational health costs and pension fund management.
Yes. You can save valuable time and duplication of effort by contracting all or part of the facility management function to Agenda. This means you can focus on your primary tasks, your research and your objectives. We will manage the rest! Agenda can assist in the development of these measures and is happy for these to be assessed by the client or an external body to provide an independent view of Agenda’s performance.
Yes. You benefit from access to Agenda’s experienced contract team for short term cover and new recruits sourced from the most extensive and sophisticated database in the sector. Whether technical staff are required as permanent members of your team or temporary cover, all our staff hold qualifications in an animal related discipline and/or experience in a research setting. We maintain a pool of licensed technicians, specialist technical experts and named persons. This means we can support all roles from junior technicians and apprentices to managers and directors.
Yes, if you want. You can benefit from saving time and effort by leaving the recruitment process to Agenda, which many of our clients do. But we understand you may wish to be involved in the selection of people who will work in your facility or perform your research. The choice is yours; you can be involved as much or as little as you wish.
Yes. Weekends, bank holidays and out of hours support is included in our service provision. This includes all technical staff and named persons, including NVS.
Yes. You will benefit from a flexible contract which includes change request forms and commitment to quarterly review meetings with your dedicated point of contact. This gives you the opportunity to develop your contract in line with changing needs and developing situations. Each of our contracts is bespoke by design, this is how we continually meet the needs of our clients and always provide the most appropriate service.
The term of any contract reflects your needs, which may be long or short term. Where long term contracts provide stability and opportunities for the delivery of longer-term strategic objectives, you may be seeking to source support for a more acute issue and we support this too.
